Yulee

Yulee is a growing small town located at the most northern point in Florida. Much of the housing stock in Yulee was built relatively recently. The construction of new real estate can often be taken as an indication that the local Yulee economy is robust, and that jobs or other amenities are attracting an influx of new residents. There are new shopping centers, movie theaters and local boutiques opening in Yulee every year.
